I’ve actually only said that once (๑•ㅂ•)و✧ and also this is my first time actually commenting on a topic EVER I am the youngest person EVER!!! And I’ve been on this platform since 2020 which says something. I’m not categorising myself with those who shame you guys for reading this shit and read it themselves and then go on to shit every time a new chapter comes up. I’ve tried tk get into this when it first came out and I dropped it at chapter 6 cause I knew it wasn’t for me. In fact my argument stems from this weird fetishisation I’m seeing on both TikTok and sometimes I’m these comments. I feel like some of you are very hostile which makes sense since everyone wants to shit and dog pile which I admit I have unknowingly contributed to and I apologise if I was immature. But it’s not a crazy take to see some of these comments and find these reactions insane from some of you readers. I am not shaming or categorising you all in one box. I am saying that some of these readers that are not a victim to rape themselves coming on here and outright downplaying rape is weird in itself. I wish you well on your reading ventures.
I haven’t caught up or read this for a long time. In fact I’ve gone out of my way to ignore it and go to my favs whenever I see its cover on the most popular list weekly. I understand your frustrations with people who hypocritically actually read the manhwa and bitch and moan about its contents. That IS annoying and as you said just don’t read it. My take is that the people making weird comments, fetishising, fantasising and downplaying the actual rape is what I have an issue with. I understand actual victims and them feeling a sense of relief by putting themselves in ML’s shoes. That makes sense. I am not talking about them.
