when j came back, the hospital where he took sayoung was no longer the same. also, he was already an ordinary citizen, it's hard to find any information about him without any connections. that's why he only asked for help when he became close with seo mingi
I’m pretty sure he gave up looking in the hopes that he’s living a normal life. But I think he was given information that he was actually taken by the group and experimented on. So he started looking again. But I could be wrong I ready so many stories so the little details escape me.
