8.8 is low?

I think it is very low considering the standards on this website

at least it’s going up, when i started reading it was like 8.5 or 8.6

I will tell you by experience good plot and unique plot stories would have rating under 8 just as "an unsettling scent" has and many other but cliche and boring plots would have rating over 9.

Thank god, because Jinx has that rating and I would have crushed out if they had the same ratings

Honestly I never check the ratings because look at the main page it’s all slop with high ratings lol

Literally!! I've seen so many sloppy ass stories on the homepage that include so much rape and assault for no apparent reason. And they're rated 9.5+, while stories like these are "low", (for the standards of this site) because they make people uncomfortable or the characters are just horrible. Even if they're well-written.
