So I found this yaoi omegaverse manhwa that had a setting with three alphas and one omega. I can't remember the exact story because it's been years since I read it (￣∇￣"), but I found it on Bato.
From what I remember, two of the alphas were bodyguards, and the omega lived in an apartment. I forgot most of the plot, but I do remember one scene where the main alpha (the omega's love interest) was watching everything through CCTV while the two bodyguard alphas were helping the omega, who I think was in heat. ╥﹏╥
