Went to check the novel and I just found out that Lou is 179 yrs old, which is alrrady considered as a Demi-God in their verse, he's also the one who help the MC to have a disguise skill on such a young age. Thats why the ML knows the true identity of the MC. Also, the head maid is a Royal Princess that pledged his loyalty to the Wood family. As far as I remember, the house head is still alive but hes on the enemy side I think? (Not sure about this one)
