Guys. The novel is very toned downed in manhwa because in the novel poor ryujin has to go through worse things and I literally cried in every chapter because how much haebom bullied him.
Haebom actions have NO justification. But man. The whole world in the novel is nothing but corrupt to core. Citizens getting killed and taken advantage of is nothing new and just regular occurance there. Everyone there treat military like they are personal devils sent from hell but in reality it's not them it's the blond ml uncle who is making them do.
Whoever reading the novel and manhwa I want you let you know that thing will going very very ugly and you wouldn't like that all. So either you can read with open mind like skimming through chapters or just don't read at all if it's hard for you. But I think in manhwa they will toned it down.
But DON'T SAY THAT RYUJIN IS IDIOT OR ANYTHING. Please. That boy had gone 7 centuries of torture. He had no one aside from his uncle and aunt ( who is in mental hospital) but aside from that he had no one else. If you read novel you will know why ryujin comes to be with HAEBOM no matter how much piece of shit he is. But ryujin had his own reason and you need to read to understand why.
