Currently it's novel is ongoing...I'm putting it on hold.... But From what I remember she is bitch till the end and kept making their life hard... I saw a spoiler that Ari go through miscarriage because of her.

This chapter is more enjoyable to read in novel than manhwa they skipped few things. It felt so satisfying seeing Alfonso taking action for Ari and the way he put that bitch Rubina in her place .
