I'm still on chapter 30 rn and just wanted to get some thoughts out.
First off, the first season was REALLY REALLY GOOD. The comedy was good, the characters were funny, and the story was interesting. It was a shame that it had to end with grape though, that kinda ruined the following chapters for me.
Second, I kinda wish that the angsty parts towards the end of season 1 and start of season 2 got emphasized more tho. I get that this is a comedy genre but it had so much potential if the author had just stretched the regret arc a few more chapter LOL. Anyways, I'm hoping ML doesn't forgive MC that quickly cuz if I was in his shoes I would have already thrown his ass in jail and served him that 10Billion lawsuit. But of course I still feel bad for MC since we know what he's been going through and since we're reading in his POV.
Lastly, am I reading this right????? Why are they giving the shitty ex some kinda redemption arc using ML's brother???? That piece of shi should have died in a car crash long ago. What kind of thought process did the author go through in thinking of this pair???? Kinda unnecessary tbh.
Welp anyways, I've read the comments before writing this so I'm now kinda bracing myself for the disappointment that season 2 will bring LMAO.
