wait.... I have an ff idea, what if MC got married but then got divorced. While he went through heartbreak, Hatano happened to reach out to him again and helped him move on. BUT after various failed matchmaking MC slowly falling for Hatano after seeing how much Hatano care for him while still harboring his feeling. It have to be happy ending with some angst!! ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
I've said it before but, due to it being a BL world, even getting married and having kids does not preclude you from BL. There are plenty of bl stories about widowers and divorced dad's. It's not an "if", but a "when"
