Using their calculations and blood room is chapter 245
Latest manhwa chapter is chapter 60, which adapted chapters 112-113 in the novel. Assuming that every manhwa chapter adapts 2 novel chapters:
245 - 113 = 132 novel chapters
132 ÷ 2 = 66 manhwa chapters left
Novel chapter 245 may be adapted around:
60 + 66 = manhwa chapter 126
Now every 10 weeks is actually a 1 week hiatus after, so 11 weeks per 10 chapters. For all 66 chapters to be adapted, it'll take 72 weeks aka 16 months (about a year and a half)!
But of course, that's assuming there'll be no season end and they work nonstop So let's assume a year break before they start a new season, so around 2 years and a half possibly

So:
136 − 113 = 23 novel chapters left.
Since 1 manhwa chapter usually covers about 2 novel chapters, we divide:
23 ÷ 2 = 11.5
That means we still have around 11–12 manhwa chapters to go.
The manhwa usually updates 4 chapters per month, so:
11.5 ÷ 4 = 2.875
Which means we'll probably have to wait about 2–3 months before we finally get to see their first kiss.
