My exams are on monday and in busy crying over Han Garam, the whole world is literally against him oml. At this point the only one he can depend on is Yoseop, ik that situations became like this because of everybody's conflicting interest but its still miserable.

My most hated characters rn is the Professor and Youngjo. First of all Professor, a gem shines the brightest when it loves being a gem. And Youngjo, it seems like you wants to have your pedophile teacher back? Youre a real fucking jerk and an asshole, can't believe you still haven't gotten your karma all these years.

Tbh I don't feel a lot for Naeun, I feel like she's also a victim of the situation at the start. Since her and Garam are both following the "process" of becoming a "gem". I find it so regrettable that they became enemies after just a few chapters of friendship (i was rooting for their camaraderie tbh)

If Han Garam has always been told to give up and quit piano as a way to disregard his talent and passion, Naeun has always been told that its all because of her rich status privilege to disregard her talent (whilst that may be true to some extent, her talent is also real. even her own older sister is admitting that Naeun is more talented than her for her age).

And Youngjo is the one who approached her first for the "plan", i do think its so wrong of her to accept it, since if the plan succeeded, then it will be true that she only got into Orpheus using her privilege (to grant Youngjo's wish using her auntie's power).

Overall, i think her character is the definition of "two things can exist at once" with how contradictory she is. I believe there's still room for her to back-out of the ridiculous plan that fuckass Youngjo is planning, but i dont think she will, even if she realizes Garam's real situation (not tainted by her inferiority complex)
