I think the ending is perfect tbh. And to think this all could've been prevented if they had just gotten a divorce, or maybe she couldn't.( Talking abt Sung's mom )
I know the author already said she made the acts and the way she acted towards her own son to be so incomprehensively evil but I genuinely think that she had postpartum depression or was forced to have him. I'm talking about the one chapter where little Yun met baby Sung when it was snowing. Like she was so spaced out and dead looking and her baby she birthed right there in front of her. Her husband giving her a kiss and her not even responding. I think she was forced to have him. Because of another dialogue from a chapter I don't quite remember but it was definitely mentioned where Sung's dad yelled at her (mom) saying how she wanted to be happy or something and this was the outcome of that happiness. Also don't get me wrong here just because I'm analyzing and pitying this woman, does not mean I support her horrid actions. Especially when she raped her own son.
