Yep that's my only problem, too. But I do like the story. If MC didn't start knowing or showing up early on ML's life then it would be okay but author wrote it as him helping taking care of ML since he was baby then kind of force his past and feelings to him after he grew up
This webtoon shows the uke taking care of seme when he was a child, but in the past, he and seme were same aged lover. Seme doesn't even believe in reincarnation, and the fact that uke keep stalking or pining after seme even after seme said he doesn't really remember gives me the icks. It feels like uke is forcing himself upon the seme.
