    Is it not wrong to call this plagiarism especially when a quick google search shows that apparently this one's first chapter got released first

    further google search will show you that isekai office worker was adapted from the original light novel came out in 2018 while this manga came out AFTER the light novel. it’s very possible the author read the light novel and was very heavily “inspired” by it.
