There was something really lackluster about the whole story for me. I do not feel like they are on the same page at all, even toward the end. The childhood friend notices things but says nothing to his friend and keeps getting into situations that make the seme misunderstand. I have to wonder how he really feels and what all that blushing was about?
The first chapter shows the uke taking pictures of the seme while he was sleeping. That made me think the feeling was mutual, and he was taking pictures of him to look at later. But then he says in another chapter that he does not know what romantic love is. Why go down that road? It just sucked to me.
