I read this along time ago and can’t remember the name, (please help)but I remember in the beginning, the fmc basically got hurt in her brothers place (they are not actually related), side female character tries to get fmc to throw a fit and say she didn’t mean to get injured in brothers place, something like that (fmc has memories from book? I think). Anyways, the fmc and “brother” end up together
