All I remember is a girl who gets sent back to the past and her original fiancé is a guy who got isekaid and she kinda hates him from their first life I think that guy also remembers the first timeline and at this big public ceremony she gives a laurel to some other guy and she marries him instead and they have a territory dispute where they find dwarves under the ther nobles castle and she takes the monsters they kill to create medicine and such.
