Bad writting

This season is pretty badly written. I know Gyuha took their kids to his parents temporarily not to overwhelm Chayoung, but we never see Gyuha worry about the kids (except once during the phone call) or even visit them from time to time. And when Gyuha worries about Chayoung's feelings, the worries never include the fact that the father of his kids potentially won't ever love them or remember them again. His worries are always about the feelings that Chayoung feels towards him alone.

Also, yes, Chayoung lost his memories but any person would ask questions about the past to try to recover some memories. If you found out you have kids, you would ask questions about them, whether you like the fact that you're a parent or not. 28 year old Chayoung was a control freak, he cared about his image and every aspect of his life. There's no way he'd be just letting himself live in the dark.

It's as of the author didn't know how to handle family plot, so they completely removed the kids from the picture, as if they don't exist. Relying on forced drama to continue the story even though the character actions make barely any sense.
