do manhwa readers not know how to read complex stories anymore?

i went to topics to just see what people are saying and im shocked how everyone is so impatient.

i'm a long time manhwa reader, and i was so shocked at how complex this story was. usually, when a novel gets adapted to a manhwa, the plot is significantly reduced reasonably due to budget. however, this artist actually took the time to justly represent the characters instead of just focusing on ruby's feelings.

ruby is such an intriguing FL. when mental health is discussed in manhwa, they're fixed overnight with the help of their lover. here, it's the ML's sister that actually comes to know about it despite struggling to help her due to related trauma.

no protagonist nor antagonist here is one-dimensional. all characters are explored the best they could in a manhwa format. i don't usually write reviews nor threads, but i'm really appalled at how reads are hating on this story for being slow-paced. if it's not your cup of tea, alright. but leaving comments about how annoying the story is, the characters are, etc. have you guys ever drawn in your life? have we not heard about manhwa artists getting mistreated and getting stressed due to tight deadlines? i'm actually glad that they take frequent health breaks.
