You can leave a reply on the thread or question (on question forum), so you also get notified if someone else responds
If ur specifically asking about these types of questions (like the question you posted here, not the ones on the question forums) you can like the og message by clicking on the heading and tapping the like button. If you go to your homepage, there’s a separate screen for messages that you’ve hearted/liked, making it easy to see activity on that thread!

P.s. If you like a post in the way I said before, you can go to homepage and scroll down, it’ll be found under the “my favorites” column! And it’s pretty common for people to leave comments like “replying in case someone answers” so abuse it all you want from here on out!
how do you follow questions... I saw someone and I followed them for the list someone replied to their question..
