For that are curious, it's called one summer day. And the story kinda wrong from what I described, but it's still a good read.
The catch is , the mc got into falling from building accident and the grim reaper is suppose to collect the soul. But the grim reaper kinda messed up, and the mc got to have some time In between the living world while being watched by the grim reaper san so that 'ghost' mc is not up to trouble. And the jade necklace is weared by the grip reaper to give the mc some essence as not to try killing himself and to give in to temptation of death (because mc is suppose to be dead?), and by give essence is.... Yes, kissing and have seg ╮(￣▽￣)╭
But by the end chapter is true, the necklace is broken and the grip reaper try to steal a new one in underworld but got busted by the king, and u can read the rest of it :3

Its yaoi about the mc that doesn't have anymore time to live, and meet it grim reaper. But the grip reaper somehow recognized the mc fro past life , and taken likin to the current mc too. So the grip reaper kinda giving the mc a jade necklace (a circle jade necklace) mid story for the mc as to not lost himself trying to killhimself. And near end chapter, the grim reaper is trying to steal a new jade necklace in underworld to replace the broken necklace that mc wear, and somehow the grim reaper is trapped in mirror of past for punishment by the king of dead underworld and asking the mc to try take grim reaper san back by goind in the mirror too.
