Because she thought the poison the emperor ingested would kill him on the spot but I think her plan is reckless. Plus, the lombardi and perez is just around watching her moves. It could have been better but no, she’s already panicking. It was like the final decision she has to do even she’s already in the edge. If she’s confident her plan should succeed.
