Mc is questioning the main authority because they keep pushing for the introduction of vaccines for the variants rather than an actual cure for the virus

tyyy for the long summary!! i ended up rereading up to like chapter 35?? and i think i understand the plot now. having a week between reading each chapter made everything jumbled up the first time. was just wondering, dr oh's will on the tape recorder when dr seok was kidnapped was fake right? cuz in the flashback with major kwak, he mentioned that he already prepared his will and he was very much alive (if this is revealed later on, i havent gotten up to it...) im fine w vague spoilers
