Archia is 21 years old from what I remember and the doctor is 25. The guardianship is about him not knowing how to live on land alone, not him being immature. The relationship is weird but it's legal.

He's his guardian, he's his teacher, he provides for him and yeah he's 19 but 19 is still very young. I think people tend to excuse it if it's over the 18 age barrier but 19 year olds really aren't that different to 18 or 17 year olds. It's about actual maturity and arisha acts very young and like the actual 15 year olds in the story. Even if it's legal, which age wise it is, it's ICKY. Not on arisha's behalf, but on Lance's.
