oh my god, I was gonna say the same. each character is written with such depth.
This has been such an amazing story. Even the yakuza drama has been amazing, well paced, and felt more and more over the years like a love letter to yakuza shows/movies. I enjoyed rereading the whole story sometimes cuz Yoneda-sensei is just... she's the best!┗( T u T )┛
This was one of the most amazingly well written manga in general not just in bl. The character depth, the realism, the stakes everything felt appropriate, nothing was outlandish. It’s one of those mangas where a happily ever after not happening feels justified, because it really is that deep. I would love it if it did end in happy ending but I would also understand if it ends otherwise.
