i mean, it's a webtoon so of course they will look so alike to us. but in the webtoon world, i'm guessing the author intended it to be like the real world where siblings sometimes are mistaken as partners, i mean, i can't count how many times my brother and i were mistaken as husband and wife or boyfriend and girlfriend lol
