Wait I thought that was just a word play thing--like the doctor said that stuff out of embarrassment or he was just being a tsundere, because if I remember correctly he was conscious and remembered it all the day after, and he wasn't in pain or distress, nor did he ask for it to stop, pull away, or vocalize any actual discomfort with the guy afterwards (yknow like victim trauma, he wasn't actually scared of him, or intentionally avoidant).
