I think this is his original timeline because he went missing, the rift just sent him to a different timeline that is all gone. I think that what the rift does is stop the aging so when he returned 8 years has passed for the others but he did not age. (Just a guess)

No lol this Eui-jae is just the Eui-jae of this timeline (TL3). The other CEJs are gone, TL1 CEJ disappeared, and TL2 CEJ died
Yes.. I think what the shards are showing to them are just a different timeline that has been destroyed and turned into a rift or probably a future (this is all just a guess but yeah this is his original timeline since it connects how he was missing)
