They met outside the hotel where he's staying at where there's a nearby bus stop station. Tay was about to go to the airport to find Ilay when Ilay appeared infront of him arriving in a taxi/car (sorry I have poor memory hehe).
Ilay thought he was escaping from him again, so he punched Tay in the gut, carry him, and went inside the same hotel where Tay stayed at. And Ilay then.... Tay and forced him to say he loves him and that he won't run away ever again.
