He’s going through a really difficult time in his life. he shouldn’t have to force himself into a relationship if he loves someone else on top of everything else. Even tho it’s due to his memory loss he can’t change how he feels
I think that might be the reason why it like this...we all think they had a happy relationship but I bet its not like that at all...we already saw in the start how superficial she was with him the relationship was just for show for her career. He obviously never stopped loving dorae since school. The seems to be some misunderstanding that happened between them to make them distant.
even tho everything depicted between them seems to be cute. this is actually just a messed up story. the ML is actually trash, just because he lost his memories doesnt mean he should completely disregard his ex's feelings. if they actually did have a happy relationship, then i just feel super bad for FL and ex. because ML is just playing with both of them
