I came back to this story after a break and even though ML now has sincere feelings for Fl and is aware of it, I still can't forget that scene from the beginning when, after the attack of the noblemens, he said those cruel words to her and trampled her fingers with his shoe... I don't think I'll ever forget it and I won't forgive him for that.
