Double standards

Reading the comments here, I am absolutely disgusted. How can people not admit that it was a rape scene? He said multiple times that he didn't want to do it, there was no verbal consent at all. Also, the lack of research on anal sex is just sad, irl doing this sort of thing without any preparation would have only been extremely painful. Listen, I am an adult, I only came here to say this BUT even if your body reacts, it doesn't mean you enjoy something. "but he likes it cause he's a masochist" has to be the worst take when it comes to an abuse victim like the guy in this story. For gods sake, he's an abuse victim who gets raped and people are cheering for the rapist in the comment section. If this was a BL work, most readers would be outraged, but because the mc is a woman people are calling her a girlboss for being an abusive rapist. He only "likes" their dynamic because he doesn't know better, which is common for real life abuse victims. Let's not even mention the cover that depicts him in a humiliating position with his rapist literally stepping on his injured body. Disgusting.
