Where do you read the spoilers at? Is it something you have to pay for to see this info?
This manhwa is based on a novel, I usually look up novel spoilers on the novel updates forum
I read spoilers that this is just Illic's dream? Apparently he eventually wakes up and Sayan is still sick but alive. So he might still kick the bucket at any moment but we don't actually see him die by the end of the side stories.
I can't confirm this is true since I didn't read the raws myself, but I did see multiple people posting spoilers along these lines
