we got a whole visual flashback in ch 103 of the father holding hands with a diff girl—most likely the love-of-his-life—that he gave up for his family pride... i know this is BL we're reading but not every man needs to pair up lol

Yeah u're right But then again, I think Seo An's father ended up with Seo An's mom instead of the girl he loved, judging by the flashbacks we saw in the last chapter.

yeah, i said he had to give up the girl that he loved for his family's pride~ ie. he had an arrange marriage with seoan's mom and chose that in the end. which is why he says seoan is like him (emotions getting the better of him) but that he'll also realize soon what he's giving up (not at all dad, he's happy where he is)
