Because Yiseon wanted to die? If that poison could kill him he was probably gonna thank his killer in the afterlife. Hyeon is the one holding him back (and ironically also the key for his planned suicide). Whichever could get him faster to die, he'll take the chance.
I read it cause everyone one was commenting on how peak yhisis buuttt it was AAASSSS!!!! I was feeling sympathy for yiseon at first then as it progressed he became more and more annoying like brruhhhhhhh how you gon eat anything that's given to you by someone who's clearly scheming and offensive towards you??? Why does he have to be constantly the reason for holding hyeon back??
