bro i've seen some gorgeous dark-skin desis and people of african descent with striking green or gray eyes, so maybe it wouldn't look so out of place. I think it'd look weird if the person has fake contacts on tho
it looks weird cause youre used to the features you already have
intensity also matters, light blue eyes are ok-ish if they're not artificial contact lense color
honestly unless the person looks a little like white people i feel like blue eyes would look weird. i kinda can't imagine him irl. I mean I am Indian with medium skin tone and black wavy hairs with black eyes, now imagine all the other Indian features intact i have blue eyes. Oh my god i would look absolutely horrendous.
