In the novel they’re blood-related, but the manhwa will probably change it to pseudo-incest. I’ve NEVER seen a manhwa have blood related incest, there’s restrictions around it. The author of “My X Daddy” has spoken out about wanting to write real incest but the publisher said it wasn’t allowed.
