MC has always been a twink. This is just the artist's style and nothing wrong with being "twinkified" like twinks are bad.
Don't get me wrong I love twinks♡ I just really value a good plot and artstyle to go with it, might give the story a chance some other day
The BL community finding the word twink has really shown how homophobic people are by equating twinks = bad. “Twink” originated in the gay community and even in the gay community they get discriminated against, so anybody who uses “twinkified” as something bad is homophobic.

Twinks aren't childlike. You're using a word you don't know the real meaning of and mentioning it in your list, along with other negatives, shows you meant it in a negative way. The BL community is using twink in this way and you're supporting it. People hate "feminine" men just like all these BL fans now are shitting on fictional characters who are fem. Maybe don't use a word you don't know the true meaning of and in effect harming those who are most affected by it.
