Would it have made you feel better if Ton was a woman instead? So far it seems like a very standard love triangle like so many other stories and, barring any crazy twists, Ton would lose regardless. Their gender is kinda irrelevant. Or is it the implication that Rin is okay with both men and women that bothers you?

This is exactly why I hate het teasing in GL, because the guy doesn´t have a chance anyway, so why even doing this?
It´s also annoying that the other girl simply plays along and wants them even to date.
