Wet Sand was a love triangle where we also had a gangster MC trying to leave that life, and two MLs where one was a younger nice guy, and the other was an older toxic gangster who had ties to MC's past.
In Wet Sand, the MC ended up choosing to run away with the toxic gangster, and the younger guy was left heartbroken.
Imo, that's a shitty story where the young guy was just used as plot device to spicy up the relationship between the gangsters. He was barely developed as a character.
This story has a similar setting, but that's it. Everyone here is a different character, and has different development.
