It's pretty normal especially if you're burnout from reading too much (or you have been reading for years) careful though you might get book slump! I suggest taking a break after reading ech story but tbh continously reading when you're on the mood is peak.
It also can cause brain fog so take a walk outside for 30 mins should help! According to science it helps our brain relax because we are connecting with nature, walking is also good for regulation of overall health. Drawing too if you find it relaxing but walking outside might be the best idea! Oww meditation too, should help with brain fog. Eating healthy food that is rich with omega 3 too, like fish oils from salmon etc..

Man I've been reading so many bls lately, it's getting hard to remember the plot when new chapters are out. I need to read the synopsis first before starting Anyone having the same issue?
