Am I crazy or the doctors were made by AI?

i thought i was hallucinating for a sec. it does look like ai

I only really see one or two panels that look ai generated. Specifically IN chapter 50. Another comment claimed that chapter 48 was almost 100% made with AI but I went back and checked and the ONLY off looking thing was a weird looking book shelf thing, but I also know that those exist (angled bookshelf lower on wall during meeting with childhood friends) and it appeared in multiple panels with a consistent look...

So idk... The doctors for one panel are 100% AI tho, cause the old doctor's buttons are all different colors in that panel, and then like 3 panels later they're all black. And the faces in that panel also look suspicious.
