Probably more like a "in the moment" feeling than drunk. When serotonin/oxytocin are high, sometimes you think you love someone but it was just the biological chemicals making you feel that during sex. That's probably why he wants him to say it when he is "sober"or when he isnt high with the love hormones ^^
