Totallyyyy
Like you have two kids, and rich parents who love you, why are you staying alone with that man that doesnt even appreciate that you stayed with him because of the memory loss. Chaeyoung wasnt even curious about having two children, it makes no sense. All the good will he won because of the original chasing arc went to the trash.

I enjoy this story so much, but i agree with most of you that i feel this arc wasnt well thought through. It makes no sense that Gyu-ha isnt with his kids (specially one being a baby) and doesnt seem worried about them at all, its like the author is pretending they dont exist because they didnt know how to add them in this scenario. Also Chaeyoung is supposed to have mentally regressed to right before Gyu-ha run away the first time, but he isnt acting at all as how he acted on that arc, he feels like a shadow of himself devoid of personality and emotions. Maybe they should have said he regressed even farther when he was in his early twenties and a fuck boy, so it would make more sense how much of an asshole he is.
Tbh Gyu-ha is better than me, even if he lost his memories, i would have ditch that lying bastard immediatley until he recover his memories and ask for forgivance.
Also sorry for venting, but i feel like author has a hate boner for Gyu-ha sometimes its like he is always the one suffering while Chaeyoung gets always whatever he wants with minimal chasing.
