I feel like a lot of them start good, and then it almost seems like the author just stops caring and just does whatever they can to end the story ASAP.
bruh its either magnificent or ass there's no inbetween
Or a reaalllllly good one but it's a short story
And suddenly all the good works are on hiatus, or every authors collectively decided to start a shit ass angst arc
I can totally feel you. Its not boring per se but its hard to continue reading most of them
