I need help to find one too..I don't remember the name...I remember the side couple..the bottom is a short black hair dude with glasses and the top is a red hair football player ..they were childhood friends who drifted apart and the red hair dude finally comes back in his life but the glasses guy treats him coldly so that he won't know his true feelings
It’s stupid how I remember the whole story in detailed and what they look like, but not the name The story goes like
MC gets appointed as a doctor in a prison because he wanted to work with his crush. He meets 2 brothers in the death row. (Backstory: They were abandoned after their mom killed herself and when they grew up, they killed a bunch of people. Hence why, death row.) One brother has tattoos and the other has a calm demeanor. There is a sinkhole/earthquake that randomly appears and the prison gets stuck without anywhere to escape. The brothers killed everyone except the MC and held him hostage, treating him as a dog named “Happy” (that they had when they were young). He tried to escape and the crush was killed by the brothers with a chainsaw since he was using MC to escape, which caused MC’s mentality to break.
Anyway, I don’t want to explain too much… hope this is enough detail (if not, I can explain more…)
