So basically the mc and ml were classmates and the mc was kinda in love with mc but ml liked girls. one day the ml asks the mc to help him practice for a date and they he starts to catch real feelings and they both confess that they like eachother.. time passes there was somebody threatening to hurt the ml so the mc had to fake it and tell the ml that he never liked him and ml is heartbroken....timeskip mc is a police officer and ml is a doctor and they meet eachother at some interrogation but ml pretends like he doesn't know him and that gives mc a panic attack? Not sure ,but then mc falls sicks and ml feels bad for him and then some shit happens and they sleep together. That's the end of season 1

There was a school mate who told him he'd make it into the football team but for that mc had to date his younger bro who like the mc...but since mc was dating ml he refused so the older bro threatened to leak the nude pics of the ml so inorder to protect him mc had ro lie
