In a parallel universe Sunhwa still has some decency left in him. He calls Nanjo, comes clean about himself. Nanjo realizes he's misjudged MokYeon, he visits his house...kisses him passionately, they do the nasty for days... MokYeon regains his health eventually...nanjo gets pregnant...MokYeon proposes..they get married.. have triplets...and live happily ever after.
