Basically Major gets shot like 3-4 times and finally sends dr.Seok to Russia where he’ll be alone but safe and blacks out. We get a time skip of 5 months (not too long but for their relationship, 5 months is a very long time to be apart) we are told Major is crippled but then SIKE he was secretly recovering to meet doc in Russia the entire time and he finds him and it’s like “I’m here, I’m sorry for leaving you alone” and end of main story
