From what I can remember, he didn't really regret the deed, in fact he enjoyed toying with Xinlu because he knows his relationship with Taeui so he felt like he has the upperhand, and he especially enjoyed that time not because of Xinlu but because Taeui saw them do the deed, in short Ilay the devil he is, want to cause a ripple in their relationship for his entertainment, and he succeeded indeed, but of course he didn't expect to fall for Taeui, if he knew he wouldn't have done it in front of Taeui, meaning he would do it but not in front of Taeui, he's crazy like that lol, so in conclusion Ilay didn't regret what he did with Xinlu but that he did it in front of Taeui, because Taeui kept bringing it up hahahahaha, serves him right
Yo, my friend dared me to read chapter 38. I feel sick now. Can somebody tell me in which chapters Illay repeatedly felt shitty about having sex with Xinlu? I wanna ease my stomach a little.
